CPVC is a consultancy focused on providing consultation to ventures and small to medium sized internet businesses. Services range from hands on Online Marketing Consulting, Operations Consulting and Internet Application Development to more strategic Internationalization and early stage Start-up Consultation.

The Team

Kendall Schoenrock and Carsten Petzold - both successful entrepreneurs - started the company.

Carsten Petzold:

As COO of spreadshirt.com Carsten Petzold has successfully established an internet venture in the USA. Mr. Petzold launched the company in April 2005 and achieved positive cash-flows within the first six months. Leading the operations of the company he was in charge of Customer Service, Production, IT Administration, Human Resources and Finance. After the US CEO left the company Mr. Petzold became Country Manager of Spreadshirt USA and interims CEO in June 2006 extending his responsibilities to Marketing, Product Development and the Graphics Department. Spreadshirt’s success under his leader ship was tremendous bringing revenue up from 0 to several million in 2006 and scaling the US operations to more than 80 full time employees.

Kendall Schoenrock:

 

Kendall Schoenrock’s business background includes experience in technology startup companies. Founding his first technology consulting company in 1995, Kendall has years of experience as an entrepreneur and independent contractor. He finished his MBA at Villanova University in 2006 and has had articles published in the area of anti-spam technology. In early 2004 Kendall made his first angel investment in the ePrivacy Group spin-off company TurnTide, which was sold to Symantec for $28,000,000 in July of the same year. For four consecutive quarters Kendall was number one in sales for both the ePrivacy group and TurnTide.
